Description
Jen Feder, CNM, is a Certified Nurse Midwife providing women’s care and childbirth services. She completed her medical training at Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky. Jen became a Certified Nurse Midwife after spending six years supporting women through birth as a labor and delivery nurse in the St. Louis area. Her experience with high-risk labor and delivery is extensive. As a Certified Nurse Midwife, Jen performs well-woman exams and general gynecology visits. Her care extends throughout pregnancy with prenatal care, childbirth, post-partum care, breastfeeding and lactation support, and beyond. Jennifer sees patients ages 13 and above for yearly exams, contraception counseling, preconception counseling, pregnancy care, infection screening and treatment, and more. Jen enjoys working as a midwife, honoring patients with excellent care and focusing on the normal physiological process of pregnancy, birth, and delivery. If a patient requires a higher level of care, our collaborating physicians are available when needed. Backed by the resources of BJC Medical Group, her practice brings a personal touch to world-class pregnancy care. Originally from St. Louis County, Jen has traveled to and lived in many countries but has chosen to raise her family in the St. Louis area. She and her husband have two children, a sweet old dog, and many chickens. She enjoys the outdoors with her family, camping, paddling, hiking, exploring the city, and taking full advantage of St. Louis’ beautiful sites.
