Blake C. Rodgers, MD, is a family practice physician who sees patients of all ages. Prior to joining BJC, he served twenty years in the United States Air Force, teaching physicians and caring for soldiers and airmen in the US and overseas. He provides general primary care services to his patients of all ages (birth to death), including annual wellness exams, vaccinations, acute sports injuries, care for chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, anxiety, and ADHD in addition to colonoscopies, Botox injections for migraines, mole removal, joint injections, and well-woman exams. This practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Illinois.
